hotels

Whether you are staying overnight, or for the full conference, just indicate the length of your stay on the booking form and we’ll do the rest.

(We have conference transport at hand throughout the three days, so all delegates are just a few minutes away from anywhere they need to be, wherever they are staying).

The Accommodation

For the convenience of our delegates, we have pre-booked conference accommodation in five comfortable country house-style hotels midway between the two conference venues. (Mindful of strained budgets, we have negotiated a very favourable, across-the-board rate). Delegates and their partners will enjoy this reduced rate during the conference and for any additional days' extended break immediately afterwards.

Delegates will also have the opportunity to visit two very different venues. While Wednesday's venue, Weatherhead Media Arts College, is a vibrant working school with the unmistakable creative buzz of youth and enthusiasm, delegates will spend Thursday and Friday at Chester Racecourse's elegant County Stand and brand new Pavilion Suite. The Racecourse not only has full conferencing facilities but boasts stunning views from its position on the ancient city walls and offers a memorable dining experience from the acclaimed 'Heathcotes Outside'.
